SHIPPING
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE shipping for U.S, CA and EU countries on orders over US$ 39.
Countries outside of the U.S, CA and EU:
Flat rate fee: US$ 20, shipped by FedEx courier in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), you will not have to pay additional Customs fees beyond the product price.
ARE THERE ANY COUNTRIES WHERE YOU DON'T SHIP?
We currently DO NOT ship to Mexico and Russia.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX?
No, please make sure to provide a regular address.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
- United States, Canada: 2-3 working days
- Europe: 2-4 working days
- Rest of world: 6-10 working days
To reduce carbon footprint and for a fast delivery, your order will be shipped out from the closest warehouse, based on stock availability (U.S., Germany, HK) to your location. you'll receive your tracking number shortly (24/48h) after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
All orders from SIDEBYSIDEGEAR.COM are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price. If you get a local customs claim by any unfortunate reason, we will cover the cost! Drop us an email with the supporting claim document at hello@sidebysidegear.com
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can! Please email us as soon as possible at hello@sidebysidegear.com to ensure your parcel hasn’t shipped yet. If your parcel has already shipped, the shipping cost to return it will be at the customer's expense, as outlined in our Return Policy below.
CAN I ORDER FROM AMAZON?

EXCHANGE & RETURN
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you would like to exchange your product, you may return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Only items purchased directly from sidebysidegear.com will be accepted; for products purchased from authorised retailers, please contact them directly to arrange your return. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documents.
To make a return, please email us at hello@sidebysidegear.com
with your full name and order number, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Your RMA must be clearly written on the label of the returned package for us to process your return. Shipments sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. No COD (cash on delivery) shipments will be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must use a trackable service. Upon receiving the item(s) with original packaging, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
WARRANTY
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
We provide a Lifetime Warranty on materials and workmanship. If you have an issue with your item, we will replace, refund, or repair your product free of charge.
This warranty does not cover abuse, unusual use, or damage caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear.

- your full name
- order #
- a video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Please note that we do not offer warranty coverage for products without a valid proof of purchase.
