Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All orders from SIDEBYSIDEGEAR.COM are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price. If you get a local customs claim by any unfortunate reason, we will cover the cost. Drop us an email with the supporting claim document at email@example.com
Exchange & Return
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you would like to exchange your product, you may return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Only items purchased directly from sidebysidegear.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documents. To make a return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your full name and order # to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your RMA must be written on the label of the returned package in order to process your return. Shipments sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. No CODs will be accepted (cash on delivery). No restocking fee will be applied, however the customer is responsible for the returned products and shipping costs until we receive the goods. Upon receiving the item(s) with original packaging, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via PayPal or credit card.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours at email@example.com including your full name & order number. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled and becomes subject to ‘Exchange & Return Policy above.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 3-year warranty on material and workmanship. If you have an issue with your item within the warranty period based on your purchase date, we will replace, refund or repair your product free of charge. This warranty does not cover abuse, unusual use or damaged otherwise caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear. To proceed a warranty claim please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including: your full name, order #, video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable). Please note we do not offer the warranty to products without valid proof of purchase.
