How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping for U.S and EU countries on orders over US$ 39.
Countries outside of the U.S and EU:
Flat rate fee: US$ 20, shipped by FedEx courier in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), you will not have to pay additional Customs fees beyond the product price.

Do you ship to PO Box?
No, please make sure to provide a regular address.
How long will delivery take?
United States: 2-3 working days
Europe: 2-4 working days
Rest of world: 3-6 working days
To reduce carbon footprint and for a fast delivery, your order will be shipped out from the closest warehouse, based on stock availability (U.S., Germany, HK) to your location. you'll receive your tracking number shortly (24/48h) after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All orders from SIDEBYSIDEGEAR.COM are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price. Exchange & Return
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you would like to exchange your product, you may return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Only items purchased directly from sidebysidegear.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documents. To make a return, please contact us by email at hello@sidebysidegear.com stating your full name and order # to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your RMA must be written on the label of the returned package in order to process your return. Shipments sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. No CODs will be accepted (cash on delivery). No restocking fee will be applied, however the customer is responsible for the returned products and shipping costs until we receive the goods. Upon receiving the item(s) with original packaging, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via PayPal or credit card.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 3-year warranty on material and workmanship. If you have an issue with your item within the warranty period based on your purchase date, we will replace, refund or repair your product free of charge. This warranty does not cover abuse, unusual use or damaged otherwise caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear. To proceed a warranty claim please email us at hello@sidebysidegear.com including: your full name, order #, video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable). Please note we do not offer the warranty to products without valid proof of purchase.
My Dopp Cube #L from my Travel Packer falling apart?
It seems that there was an issue with the zipper quality in a specific batch of our previous production. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, we have good news! We have replacement Dopp Cube #L units available with an improved construction for smoother zipper operation. If you are experiencing this problem, please reach out to us and provide photos of the defect along with your order number. We will be happy to assist you from there.
