We at Side by Side are committed to fulfil our products to most countries in the world excepted: Argentina, Colombia, India.

We provide 2 year warranty on material and workmanship. If you have an issue with your item within 2 year time of the purchase date, we will replace, refund or repair your product free of charge. This warranty does not cover abuse, unusual use or damaged otherwise caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear. To proceed a warranty claim please contact our Customer Support team HERE. for faster support please include the following information in your message: - Your full name - Order # at sidebysidegear.com or valid reciept from authorized retailer. - Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable) Please note we do not offer the warranty to products without valid proof of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 15 days of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from sidebysidegear.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Side by Side unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We will allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package in order to process your return. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.  

To make a return, please contact our Customer Support team HERE and include your full name and order #. Upon receiving the item in the condition in which it was shipped, processed refunds will be completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)  

Cancelling Orders:Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
